If we are not open and you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact either Blue Pearl Pet Hospital at 716-839-4043, OPVMC (Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center) at 716-662-6660, or Green Acres Veterinary Center at 716-694-0122. We recommend that you please CALL the above clinics PRIOR TO GOING as they may have restrictions on availability.

We have been forced to implement a cancelation policy, so we can offer as many appointment available to help our patients. We require 24 hours notice of cancelation by phone, or 48 hours notice of cancelation by email. A no show/no call will cause your account to be flagged, and we will then require you to prepay for your exam.
